Wayne Franklin, known as “Franklin” in the real estate community of Puerto Vallarta, has been in the real estate industry for 28 years. Trained and licensed in California, Franklin practiced real estate for nearly 10 years in the Bay Area. His work experience in the U.S. focused on investment properties and foreclosure opportunities. Over the past 15 years, Franklin has nurtured his start-up, Tropicasa Realty, to one of the leading real estate agencies in the region, harnessing nearly 25% of the market share of AMPI-based real estate conducted in the Bay of Banderas. Unique marketing techniques, attention to clients’ needs, and the highest professional reputation in the industry are hallmarks of both Wayne Franklin and Tropicasa standards.
